So you want to lose weight? Do you think you have tried everything? Seems that you have wasted your time on all those diets…because they don’t work.
One thing that you should do is, change your lifestyle. Food combining talks about how our body digest our food intake, and it is based totally on Science.
This is not about giving up the foods you love! You may eat every food you want, but please make sure those foods will pass through your body quickly, without retaining extra calories. Moreover, some of them can help to remove fat from your body, and cleanse your digestive track of putrefied waste that store in your intestines, which causing you to feel bloated, nauseous, gassy, & sluggish.
You also need to know what happen with the foods we eat and how our bodies process them during digestion. Do you believe that eating certain foods together cause toxic in our body? It’s true. Some foods we eat together during a normal dinner, probably will start shutting down our digestion as soon as they are put in our mouth. This is why after a meal you can feel bloated, tired, and sick to your stomach.
“Meat & Potatoes”, “Burgers & Fries” or an “Eggs & Toast” menu, the side dishes and dessert!? Sure, you can still have these foods, but you need to learn when to eat them and what is the best combination among them so your meals do not stick around in your body longer than necessary, and cause weight gain and illness.
